She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hisey Humes and Dorothy Burbage Humes. She is survived by: her husband Michael "Mike" Person Boyce; her children, Jennifer Lavrack (Brock Lavrack) of Wake Forest and Michael Boyce of Wake Forest; her grandchildren, Madison, Allison, Kirson and Asher Lavrack of Wake Forest; and her sister Sallie Gargis of Swansboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Wakeminster Baptist Church.
