She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Staton Aldridge (Bill) of Raleigh, Beverly Roberts of Virginia, Debbie Pridgen of Raleigh and Karen Roberts of Florida; and her brother Bobby Pierce (Martha) of Rocky Mount. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
