He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Stuart Mountcastle, Jr. and Susan Thomas Fitzhugh Mountcastle. He is survived by: his wife Gail Pittman Mountcastle; his son Brian Mountcastle (Melise); and his grandchildren, Tori Leech and William Mountcastle.
