He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Ray Stager, Jr. and Barbara Bump Stager. He is survived by: his wife Doris; his sister Sally Thompson; his children, Leigh Stager Chance and Stephen Stager (Christine); and his grandchildren, Mary Ash, Amanda Norman, Sarah, Benjamin Stager and Matthew Butler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the St. Marks United Methodist Church.
