He is survived by: his wife Ramonita Begley; his children, Stephanie Borrelli (Nathaniel), Stephen Begley Jr. (Melinda), Albert Begley, Jaysen Clements (Maria) and Joel Sotomayor (Cindy); his siblings, Carl Begley (Jennifer), John Begley and Jeannie Colon (Robert); and his grandchildren, Leila Sotomayor, Jocelyn Sotomayor, Emilia Begley, Pia Borrelli, Jaysen Clements, Jaycob Clements, Jaydrian Clements, Mikaela Clements, Jaymie Clements and Jayvree Clements.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the UNC Chapel Hill Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit or Saint Raphael's Catholic Church.
