He is survived by: his wife Pat Jones Tolley; his children, Melissa Tolley Gore (Jason Gore) and Stephen Tolley Jr.; his grandchildren, Samantha Tolley, Stephen Tolley III, Jase Gore and Lucas Gore; and his great grandchild Addilyn Smith.
