He is survived by: his children, Jessica Floyd, Catherine Hooker, Joseph Hooker and Lillie Hooker; the mother of his children Mary Anne Janik; his grandson Matthew Floyd; his siblings, Marke Hooker, Sterling Hooker, Winston Hooker and Kathryn Hooker; his parents, Lydia Pond and Winston Hooker; and his stepmother Judi Hooker.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "Smile Train" and "Tunnel to Towers", two organizations that Steve supported for years.
