She was predeceased by: her parents, Melbourne David and Mildred Excell Raynor Manning; her husband Edward "Pee Wee" Pearce; her son Terry Johnathan Pearce; and her siblings, Melbourne David Manning, II, Shirley Mae Barbour, Betty Lou Wood and Emma LaRue Manning.
She is survived by: her son Mike Pearce (Molly); her grandchildren, Cape Willa Pearce and Wilmington Edward Pearce; and her sister Ammie Rose Barbour. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Roselawn Community Mausoleum (605 N Wall St, Benson, NC 27504).
