He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miner and Irene Comeau Miner; his brothers, Stephen Miner and Kevin Miner; and his brothers-in-law, John Pineault, Bryan Flaherty, David Gregory, Daniel Burke and Charles Warry.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Pineault); his siblings, Arthur Miner (Jacqueline), John Miner (Christine), Timothy Miner, Mark Miner, Francis Miner, Catherine McManus, Patricia Warry, Carolyn Miner and Mary Miner; and his in-laws, Michael Pineault (Susan), Carol Flaherty, Dennis Pineault (Susan), Susan Gregory, Peter Pineault, Sharon Pineault Burke, Edward Pineault Jr. and David Pineault (Stephanie Metz). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
