She was predeceased by: her husband L. C. Floyd. She is survived by: her parents, Adrian Blackwell and Eula Blackwell; her children, Vicki Kuritz (John) of Raleigh and Chip Floyd (Lisa) of Clayton; and her brother Truman Blackwell (Cindy) of Chadbourn. She is also survived by three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild and a large and loving extended family.
