He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor. He is survived by: his brother George Franks; his children, Ted Franks, Jr., Steve Franks (Lisa) and Linda Kuhns (Jon); and his grandchildren, Laura, Sarah, Emily, Melissa, Katherine, Trevor and Zander. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
