She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy James McNeill, Jr. (Sandra Branch McNeill) and Celia Maie Martin Grabey (Stanley Grabey); her grandson Bryce McNeely; and her sister Renee Rauscher. She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon Hinton and Alecia Hinton Branham (Carl); her siblings, Jean Otto (Larry), Dorothy Fiesel (Edward), Stephanie Bentley, Veronica Cox (Alan), James Allen (Tiffany), Mary Allen, Donna Brickle (David), Jimmy McNeill (Cindy), Brian McNeill (Brenda) and Sherri Capps; and her granddaughters, Theresa DeShay McNeely and Victoria Grace McNeely. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
