She is survived by: her siblings, Duc Phan, Tam Tran, Thuong Tran, Ro Phan and Than Phan; her child Brittaney "Anh" LaPerna (James LaPerna); her granddaughters, Elizabeth LaPerna (Austin Garrigus) and Catherine LaPerna; her child Huong "Thu" Nguyen Le (Liem Bui); her grandchildren, Vy Bui (Daniel Wadsworth), Le Bui, Sophia Ly and Jasmine Ly; her child Phan Le (Phuong Nguyen); and her grandchildren, Amanda Le, Phan "Alex" Le, Jr. and Alicia Le. She is also survived by her extended family, church community, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home at Raleigh Memorial Park (7209 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Vang Catholic Church (11701 Leesville Rd, Raleigh, NC 27613).
