He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lantz Lackey Sr. and June Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Lackey; his children, Amanda Adams (Matt) of Newton Grove, Amber Lackey, Kaylee Lackey, Madison Lackey and Harold Starks; and his grandchildren, Madison, Daisy, Alexis and Wesley.
