It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Oliver Ashe Jr. of Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on June 3, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Thomas Oliver may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louise McIntyre Everett and Thomas Oliver Ashe, Sr.; his brother Michael Ashe (Alice); his stepbrothers, Robert Everett (Deborah), Andre Fullwood (Melinda), Jeffery Fullwood, Kevin Fullwood (JoAnn) and Roderick Robinson (Kim); his aunt Doris Ashe; and his close friends, Leonard "Red" Peters, Lawrence "Jack" Miller and John "Buddy" Jenkins. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
