With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas O'Quinn (Raleigh, North Carolina), who passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Quinn and Blanche Bowen O'Quinn; his former wife Ruth O'Quinn; his grandson Jeremy Bass; and his sister Julia Mae Holston.

He is survived by: his wife Polly O'Quinn; his children, Judi Cartrette (Eddie) and Ron O'Quinn (Pat); his grandchildren, Brandon O'Quinn (Kim), Susan Brugler (Tom), Shannon Cartrette (Monica) and Stacie Foley (Mike); his great grandchildren, Anna Curran (Noah), Luciana Cartrette, Chloe Foley and Cayley Foley; and his great great grandchild Malcom Curran.
