He is survived by: his parents, David A Smith and Marilyn Cooper Howard; his children, Jakob Smith and Samantha Smith (Elizabeth); and his brother Christopher Smith (Alanna). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Walker's Funeral Home - Mebane (304 W Center St, Mebane, NC 27302).
