She was predeceased by: her grandmother Rita; and her father Wade. She is survived by: her grandfather George; her children, Elaina, Elijah and Maverick; the father of her children Josh; her mother Rochelle; her siblings, Jacob (Bubba), Caleb, Joseph, Gabriel, Nick and Ashley; her uncle Mitch; her aunt Mandy; and her grandfather Jim. She is also survived by family members and dear friends.
