She is survived by: her sons, William "Buddy" VerSteeg II (Emily) of Raleigh, Ronnie K. VerSteeg (Anna) of Isla Mujeres and Nicholas Gene VerSteeg of Wake Forest; her siblings, Toni Jordan of Troy and Terry Liles of Virginia; her grandchildren, Shasta Kidder (Stephen) of Raleigh, Charity VerSteeg (Brain Helms) of Cramerton, Maria VerSteeg (Joe Sabo) of Raleigh and Alex VerSteeg of Isla Mujeres, Mexico; and her great grandchildren, Daven Kidder and Bodhi Kidder.
