Though Virginia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Justice, Jr.; her children, Cindy Gainey of Raleigh, Jennifer Justice (Gerald Givens) of Raleigh and Randy Justice of Raleigh; her siblings, Carol Alexander (Winser) of Raleigh, Marva Motley (James) of Raleigh and Timothy Chavis (Eula) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Jamie Gainey of Raleigh, Breton Justice of Raleigh and Samantha Gainey of Raleigh; and her great grandchild Autumn Justice. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church (7600 Falls of Neuse Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615).
