She was predeceased by: her husband Dewitt Rogers; and her parents, James Noah and Maude Lynch Carroll. She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Ann Rogers; and her siblings, Edward "Bud" Carroll, Maude Cox and Sophie Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (7209 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
