He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter David Ezzell Sr. and Flonnie Mae Tew Ezzell; his wife Stephanie Thompson; and his brother Jim Ezzell. He is survived by: his son David Ezzell of Clayton; his sisters-in-law, Angela Sugg (Jamie) of Kinston and Rebecca Ezzell of Kinston; his uncle Roy Ezzell (Carolyn) of Turkey; his niece Heather Ezzell Weigand; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vivien, Henry of Farmville, Ryan Bostick of Clayton and Amber Bostick; Tristen Bostick of Gates, NC. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends and neighbors.
