It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wes Jones (Raleigh, North Carolina), who passed away on January 27, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wes Jones to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ruth "Bouchie" Scott Jones and John Wesley Jones, Jr.; his wife Kathy; his daughters, Lesley and Lindsay; his granddaughters, Aubrey and Alyanna; and his siblings, Janet Andrews, Katherine Carpenter, Gordon Jones and David Jones. He was also cherished by four nephews, three nieces, and one great-niece.

“I am just now seeing this, with great surprise and sorrow. My condolences to Kathy and his brother David. I was proud to call Wes my friend, but he was an even better man. His moral compass always pointed in the right direction, and he was someone you always felt comfortable around. I'll always remember and cherish the times I spent with Wes and Jerry Saferight in the "War Room" at Wes' house at The Circle.
