Wesley Kenneth Frueh Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Wesley Kenneth Frueh of Raleigh, North Carolina. Wesley, born on June 7, 1932, passed away on September 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Frueh and Helen Swensen Frueh; his wife Pamela Frueh; and his grandchildren, Jason, Jesse and Nadia Jesse.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Frueh (Beth), Douglas Frueh (Ellen), Cheryl Hanley (Douglas) and Amy Matcho; his stepsons, James Sleeper (Michele), Lawrence Sleeper and Matthew Sleeper (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Amy, Becky, Stephen, Brian, Joshua, Ariel, Brittany, Wesley, Ben, Anjelica, Charlotte, Julia, Kayla and Ian; his great grandchildren, Ariyanna, Katylienah, Lillyanah, Mikey, Sandra, Kyle, Brooklyn, Kayla, Michael, Jakob, Colin, Sophia, Jared, Brooke, Jonah, Cody, Anna and Noa; and his siblings, Ester Swain and Stephen Frueh (Lynn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the North Branch Reformed Church (203 NJ-28, Bridgewater, NJ 08807).
Memorial donations in Wes' name may be made to the North Branch Reformed Church Mission Fund or to Habitat for Humanity.
