He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilson Wisely and Mable Ruth Mahan Wisely; his brothers, Raymond Wisely (Mary Lee) and Kenneth Wisely (Faye); and his great grandchild Mason Farley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Jean Barringer Wisely; his children, Kris Harris (Sam), Kim Armstrong (David) and Jonathan Wisely (Gina); his grandchildren, Samuel Harris III (Carrie), Patti Jo Harris, George Armstrong, William Armstrong (Felicity), Naomi Armstrong, Nicholas Wisely, Emma Wisely and Benjamin Wisely; and his great grandchild Samuel Harris IV.
