He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Pickard and Maggie Pickard; and his sisters, Doris Bennett and Yvonne Hewitt. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his sons, Bill Pickard Jr. (Robin) of Wilmington, NC and Tom Pickard of Greensboro, NC; his stepson Jeff Smith (Laura) of Raleigh, NC; his granddaughters, Caitlin Pickard of Wilmington, NC, Sydney Pickard (Jeff) of Rockville, MD and Kylie Smith of Raleigh, NC; and his great grandchild Emzy Rock of Wilmington, NC..
