He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Huskins and Pearle Huskins; and his wife Harriet. He is also survived by his three siblings, and survived by three children and five grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mausoleum Chapel of Raleigh Memorial Park (7501 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at the Follow Raleigh Memorial Park (7501 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612).
