He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Long and Ina Elva Long. He is survived by: his wife Patricia S. Long; his children, Bill Long (Denise Shull) and Deborah Long Edwards (Michael Edwards); his stepchildren, Ruth Spencer, Hope Spencer (Chris Rodning), Richard Spencer (Chelsea Mills) and Rachel Spencer; and his grandchildren, Spencer Hicks, Kendall Edwards, Natasha Edwards, Henry Rodning, Erik Rodning, Leif Rodning, Nita Spencer, Trey Spencer and Amber Burgess. He is also survived by his example, including his children, stepchildren and many grandchildren.
