William Peter Garrabrant Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Peter Garrabrant (Raleigh, North Carolina), who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Cornelius Garrabrant and Esther Kennedy Garrabrant; his brother Captain John Richard Garrabrant; his daughter Martha Elizabeth Garrabrant; his sister Elizabeth Garrabrant Cantwell; and his nephew Edgar Cornelius Garrabrant.

He is survived by: his wife Louise Raiford Garrabrant; his friend Ricky L. Williams; his children, Victoria Garrabrant Hare (Bryant), William Peter Garrabrant, Jr. and Richard Raiford Garrabrant (Trish); his grandparent Ransom Bryant Hare V (Alat) of Pennsylvania; his great grandchildren, Meenakshi Hanes Hare and Lalita Louise Hare; his nephew Robert C. Cantwell (Mary); and his niece Margery Louise Garrabrant.
