William John Wentzel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William John Wentzel of Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wentzel and Noveda Wentzel (Shetler). He is survived by: his wife Meg Wentzel; his children, Amy Imbrogno (Michael) and Mike Wentzel; his grandson Louis "Louie" Imbrogno; and his siblings, Carolyn Wentzel, Kate Wentzel, Leo Wentzel (Kendell), Jake Wentzel (Karen), Mary Mechler and Missy Cain (George). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church (3008 Old Raleigh Rd, Apex, NC 27502).
