She was predeceased by: her husband James Frederick Hockaday, Jr.; and her sister Sharon M. Dugger (Arley). She is survived by: her children, Rhonda H. Campbell and Rodney L. Hockaday (Melissa); her grandchildren, Taylor (Pavel), Landon, Wyatt Campbell, Jordan and Aleigh Hockaday; and her siblings, Johnny Mangum (late Betty) and Donna M. Cobb (Earl).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Forest Hills Baptist Church.
