He is survived by: his wife Penelope McEntee Higgins; his children, Stephen, Scott Higgins and Cindy Noble (John); his grandchildren, Danielle Noble Mullins (Rick), Jack Noble (Alyssa) and Courtney Noble; his great grandchildren, Finn Mullins and Ellie Noble; and his brother Floyd Higgins (Ena).
