He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Weaver and Eleanor Violet Baldwin Weaver; his former wife Donna Marie Fowler Weaver; his wife Shelby Jean Davis Weaver; and his siblings, Wanda Ouanita Weaver Castle, Edith Pauline Weaver Roberts (Polly) and Richard Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Weaver Meyer, Janice Weaver, Beverly Weaver, Pamela Weaver Foster and Cynthia Weaver Sneed; his stepdaughter Cindy Cagle Price; his grandchildren, Whitney Sneed Kistler, Sam Brown, Robert Foster and Jared Foster; and his stepgrandson Dane Voss.
