He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Stout and Doris Briles Stout. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Stout; his daughter Jamie Stout Fogleman (Mike) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Blakeley Fogleman Hollingsworth (Kyle) of Sophia and Dr. Brody Fogleman (Cristin Grant) of Charleston, SC; and his great grandchild Vallie Hollingsworth of Sophia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Parks Crossroads Christian Church (2057 Parks Crossroads Church Rd, Ramseur, NC 27316). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Parks Crossroads Christian Church, or to Randolph Hospice House.
