He is survived by: his wife Rachel Prillaman Frazier; his son Austin Holt Frazier; his parents, William Craig and Kirsten McCain Frazier of Sophia; his parents-in-law, Mark and Tracy Prillaman of Cedar Square; his grandmother Lovier Stephens; his sisters, Kerri Beth Frazier of Randleman and Terri Lane Frazier of Randleman; his nephew Turner Wayne Wood of Sophia; his sister-in-law Brittany Prillaman; his nephew Colton Prillaman of Cedar Square; and his grandparents-in-law, Lane and Patsy Coble of Cedar Square.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the Midway Wesleyan Church (331 Worthville Rd, Randleman, NC 27317).
