He is survived by: his wife Linda Matney; his children, Chris Matney (Jen), Gary Matney Jr. (Teri), Betty Connor and Angie Foust (Travis); and his siblings, Clifford Ratliff (Teri), Tabitha McMasters (Bobby) and Tammy Toomes. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.
