She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lee Blakley (Joyce Chalkley Blakley) and Robert Lee Blakley (John Blakley). She is survived by: her significant other Gene Sullivan; her sister Terry; and her sister-in-law Sandy. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
