He is survived by: his parents, Peggy Capps Millikan and James O. Kellam, Sr.; his children, Katherine "Katie" Casad, Kelly Mark Kellam, Jr., Crystal Beckner and Jennifer Beckner; and his brothers, James "Jimmy" O. Kellam, Jr. and Todd Andrew Kellam (Krystal). He is also survived by one niece; and three nephews.
