He is survived by: his children, Barry Anthony Blake, Tonya Darlene Blake and Trista Blake Kitchen (Samuel); his grandchildren, Dylan Stone, Mason Stone and Colby Cook; and his aunt Cheryl "Sissy" Curtis. He is also survived by his three children, caring for his mother and spoiling his beloved grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Level Cross Baptist Church (10167 US-220 BUS, Randleman, NC 27317).
