She was predeceased by: her husband Rex; her mother Norma Jean Landreth; her grandparents, William and Novella Landreth; and her brother JD Landreth.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Smith, Jr., Angel Pegram (Leon), Lonnie Handy (Tracey), Kelly Sawyer (Rusty), Kevin Handy (Hope) and Leah Cruthis (Chris); her grandchildren, Bradley, David, William, Chelsea, Jacob, Landon, Tasha, Carrie, Emma, Dylan and Taylor; and her siblings, Kay Wells (Gene Austin), David Perdue, Tammy Scott (Frank), Phillip Perdue (Pattie), Wayne Perdue and Mike Perdue (Dena).
