He is survived by: his children, Douglas Hicks, Cynthia Hicks, Justin Tyler Hicks, Robert Allen Hicks, Denice Renee Hicks, Eric Anthony Hicks, Nicole Anne Hicks and Jacob Austyn Hicks; his grandchildren, Ozy Michael Howe, Leigha Emily Howe, Tyler Augustine Hicks, Aurora Katanalee Lester and Novalee Lilian Faith Hicks; and his brother Raymond Francis Hicks.
