He is survived by: his children, Ethel Jacobs of Pembroke and Demps Locklear of Red Springs; his siblings, Jerry Locklear, Carlton Locklear, Carson Locklear and Clara Barton of Red Springs; and his pet Trooper Locklear. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
