With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brandon Scott McMillan (Red Springs, North Carolina), born in Lumberton, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2026 at the age of 38. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, James Tatum and Chester Giddens. He is survived by: his son Isiah McMillan; his parents, Karen Hopkins and James Hopkins; his brother Brian Tatum (Chrissy); his nieces and nephews, James Tatum and Caitlyn Tatum; his sister Hannah Allen (Jacob); and his grandmothers, Carol Giddens and Polly McMillan.
