She is survived by: her children, Eric Locklear (Sasha Locklear) of St. Paul's, Rick Jacobs (Amanda) of Lumberton, Chris Jacobs of Red Springs, Ray Jacobs of Lumberton and Erica Marie Locklear of Hope Mills; her siblings, William Jacobs of Red Springs and Dale McDowell of Parkton; her close friend Jerry Owens; her grandchildren, Erik Jr. Locklear, Quentin Locklear, Jayden Jacobs and Kayden Jacobs; her great grandchild Payton Locklear; and her nieces, Marcie Wynn and Brenda Lee Felton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (812 S Main St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
