She is survived by: her children, Harold Jacobs (Sue Ellen Jacobs) and Danielle Clark (Kelvin Clark); her daughter-in-law Lisa Jacobs; her sister Betty Barton; her grandchildren, Kristany Jacobs, Nicholas Jacobs and Dakota Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Kelcey Jacobs, Celsa Clark, Malaki Clark, Naveah Jacobs, Kaden Bryant and Ayanoh Jacobs; and her close friends, Tammy Woods and Ricky. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
