She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Bullard of Shannon; her adoptive daughter Susan Oxendine of Shannon; her children, Gideon, Navy, Joara, Kiah and Abigail; her granddaughter Telisa Thomas; and her siblings, Jannie Locklear (Robert) of Shannon, Sam Oxedine Jr. (Betty) of Shannon, Gladys Jones (James) of Shannon, Harvey Locklear (Dora) of Shannon, Horace Locklear (JoAnn) of Shannon, Martha Lewis of Shannon and Ruth Morgan (Steve) of St. Pauls. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
