He is survived by: his mother Cathy Dial Locklear; his wife Tonya Locklear; his children, Justin Dante Locklear and Sarah Ann Locklear; his grandson John Malcolm Ray; and his siblings, Donald Ray Locklear (Felicia) of Red Springs, Loretta Shorts (Mark) of Shannon, Joyce Locklear (Linwood Johnson) and Mandy Locklear Kathy Ann (William Cummings). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
