He is survived by: his wife Rita Lois McNeill; his children, Willie McNeill (Stephanie) of Red Springs, Kiquila McNeill of Red Springs, Valentina Chavis (Johnny) of Red Springs, Maggie McNeill of Red Springs and Troy McNeill (Kristie) of Baltimore, MD; his siblings, Mike McNeill (Kathy) of Red Springs, Anthony Dial (Frances) of Baltimore, MD, Carolyn Locklear of Red Springs, Jacqueline Sanderson of Red Springs and Marie Lowery (Tony) of Raeford; his grandchildren, Sequoia, Annika, Samantha, Samuel, Santana, Savannah, Samaria, Aubery, Devin, Destiny, Tracey, Darian, Nicolas, Tapaynga, Landon, Jr., Joslynn, Joston, Onedia, Brilan, Teleah, Nicolas Jr., Cadaleya, Cambri, Genesis and Callahan; and his close friend Alfred Locklear. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
