He is survived by: his parents, Devan Cummings and Leilani Locklear of Raeford, NC; his grandparents, Miss Tonya Lambert, Joshua and Lakeisha Locklear; his great-grandparents, Annie Bell Lambert, Dora Locklear and Marguerite Locklear; his uncle Jasiah Locklear; his aunt Natoria Cummings; and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Jensine Locklear Waddy, Lavonda Mckenzie, Wanda Locklear, Bobby Locklear Jr., Julius Locklear, Damon McKenzie and Marlon Waddy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
