He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Jacobs and Hazel Jacobs; his daughter Shauna Pierce Flores; and his siblings, Frankly Ricky Jacobs, Clyde Pap Jacobs Jr., Betty Jean Jacobs of Red Springs, Barbara Jean Jacobs, Katherine Jacobs and Wilma Lee Baxley.
He is survived by: his children, Shenelle Jacobs of Shannon and Jarrette Locklear of Shannon; his sibling Norline Jacobs of Red Springs; his grandchildren, Madison, Derek, Casandra, Roy and Camryn; and his great grandchildren, Cleo Hunt and Shalaund Lynn Chance.
